Step-by-step process
1. Raise your issue
Use the online form or WhatsApp. You receive a ticket number.
2. Admin review
Help desk reviews facts, membership claim and urgency.
3. Case registration
Admin creates a tracked case with FIR/court/PS fields.
4. Advocate assignment
Where possible, an advocate/coordinator is assigned and shown in your login.
5. Live updates + chat
Hearing dates, notes and help-chat replies appear in your dashboard.
6. Payment (only if needed)
Admin opens Razorpay request for the approved amount — you pay that amount only.
